Dark amber color with beige head. Aroma has lots of sweet, toasted malt, fermented fruit acidity and also a slight boozy note. Taste has fermented fruits, just a light tartness, malt is quite present as well along with some brown sugar notes, some yeast esters throughout and a slightly bitter finish. Medium to light body with medium carbonation. Doesn't taste at all like a normal gose and overall it's not too enjoyable to drink.
