Pours a hazy, light amber coloration with a tiny, fizzy head. Smells of tart, green apple and citrus peel, with a slight floral note as well. Taste is quite hoppy, with an underlying grassiness and zesty notes of tangerine and lime and the apple juice coming through strongly as well. Quite juicy, with a strong apple juice flavour and zesty citrus notes that play well together, almost reminiscent of a NEIPA. The fir needles don't really come through much, but there is a very light pine note to this as well. Sourness is very mild, just a very slight tartness, really. Finishes with a light bitterness and a little more zest and tartness coming through. This is quite well balanced, the juiciness, zestyness and tartness working together very well. Surprisingly light and refreshing for 7.1% ABV.
