Gose

Pours a clear, straw coloration with a small, fizzy, quickly receding head. Smells of green apple and apricot, with a hint of white grape and pepper. Taste follows the nose, with mildly sour notes of green apple, white grape and apricot and just a hint of spice coming through as well, pepper being most prominent, but a little coriander as well. Finishes quite crisp and dry, with a very light sourness and saltiness. I feel like this is a very nice "beginner gose", to get aquainted with the style. All the expected components are there, the sourness, the spiciness, the saltiness and very well balanced, but also very mild. Very crisp and refreshing, but perhaps too mild for some.
