Pours clear copper hue with little lacing that quickly goes away. Interesting malt profile: Non-descrip adjunct flavor (corn?), some Munich breadlines and a bunch of caramel sweetness. No hop flavor. I don’t detect much hop bitterness. Not a bad tasting beer, but not very balanced. I’d like a little more carbonation and/or hop bitterness to support. It’s not bad but not a beer I would drink more than one of.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a shaker pint glass, the date on bottle is 5-11-18, I believe that is the "brewed on" date. The Infusion Brewing Co. website states this is a Bavarian Lager but Beer Advocate did not offer that style when I added this beer.
APPEARANCE: pours a clear, copper color with one-finger white head that quickly dissipated until a ring of small bubbles remained around the glass, there is almost no lacing on the glass, lighter carbonation.
SMELL: brown sugar and bread.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet brown sugar and bread, there is very little hop profile, a complete "Malt Bomb".
PALATE: lighter carbonation and medium body.
OVERALL: this is a malty mess to be sure, I love the history but this is not a beer I would seek out, still it's not a bad beer and I'm glad I tried it, there are other styles I prefer so will not buy this one again.
