Appearance: Arrives with a cloudy honey color and is capped by a magnificent head that leaves plenty of lacing
Smell: Wheat bread, lemongrass and a surprisingly hoppy aroma
Taste: Wheat bread, lemongrass and starfruit, up front, with hoppy bitterness building in the middle; tart and slightly salty in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate carbonation
Overall: An impressively different Berliner Weiss; glad to have had the chance to try it

Not my favorite GB. It walked up to the door and knocked but didn't cross the threshold. Lacked a little zest in the refreshment and zing in the tartness. I'm guessing this may be because it tasted more like a grapefruit than a lemon Berliner Weissbier.
