Modest head production; quickly gone. Nose is pleasant but underwhelming; a bit of sharp citrus, straw, pale malt grains.
Extremely pleasing on the palate! Easy to drink ("Crushable" perhaps), lively, lightly sour, with a very salty bite, in particular on the finish. Fairly straight forward, compares favorably to Westbrook Gose, albeit not quite on that level.

16 oz pour on tap into a shaker pint.
A: Slighty murky lemon yellow body with what appeared to be pretty high carbonation. Head was tiny white and fizzy.
S: Lots of lemon, smelled tart with some salinity.
T: Fairly decent level of sourness with some light saltiness and a good bit of lemon and grass flavor with a fairly strong wheat finish.
M: Medium bodied with an almost effervescent carbonation.
O: It was a pretty good beer, but I thought the lemon flavor was a bit too high on it.

Get it?! Salt-N-Pepa gose. It appears they're not the only ones to think of this, but they may have been the first...
Cloudy pale yellow with a soft white collar.
Smell is salt, Colby cheese, peanut, fried egg, with black pepper only rising after time.
Don't let the smell turn you off--some of the best goses I've had have smelled like that, and the taste totally turns the corner, with wheat, lemon-lime, cheddar cheese funk, but super tangy.
