This beer was created for The Beer Project at St. Petersburg’s Museum of Fine Arts. We were tasked with making something inspired by the painting “The Choice Rug”. We added Yemeni spices, dates, raisins and allepo peppers to craft this unique, savory beer.

Enjoyed Middle Eastern Brown from Green Bench on-tap at Oblivion Taproom in Orlando. This beer is a brown ale with Yemeni spices, dates, raisins, and allepo peppers creating an unusual combination of ingredients for a beer. I was excited to try this but it fell a little flat for me. I enjoyed the aroma but I felt that the taste could have been more pronounced. Overall, worth a try for it's uniqueness but not something I would order again.
