A celebration of our beautiful sunny city, St. Petersburg, Sunshine City IPA was designed to be as bright as the warmest summer day. Packed with hop flavor and aroma, we double dry hop this beer with equal parts Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hops, for an intensely tropical profile reminiscent of tangerine, nectar, and peach.

Pours lemonade and straw; opaque, wit like look; fluffy attractive white cap.
Nose is all about refreshing zippy fruit; not tropical really though; orange and tangerine come to mind; peach rings; zest; as it warms some lighter tropical notes come out.
The taste leans into refreshing fruit bowl mix; again noting really tropical just like a fresh fruit salad; replace melon with citrus and a little peach; light straw like malt.
Body is medium; one bright and zippy ipa; this is refreshing summer ipa through and through; good bitterness and dry clean finish.

Canned 10/3 and cracked 11/19 pours solid amber body with a creamy head 2 finger that lasts. Aroma is herbal, light fruit, really inviting. Taste is excellent: mild sweet passion fruit , 68 ibu is definitely here, feel is soft carbonation, smacky smacky, a lot of unexplainable things happening on the palate, feels like puberty: I can’t put in words, but I’m awkward , and tingly.
This is really, really good.

Aroma is fruit and big citrus, classic WCIPA. The flavor is malts/grains, good carbonation citrus in the middle and a long and very bitter hop finish.

One of my go-to brews. Juicy, dry. Get you some of this hoppy nectar.
