Had Level 8: Brut IPA. Pale, yellow gold body with minimal head and lace. Aroma is basically citric and earthy and not really any typical Brut IPA characteristics. Clean, dry, earthy, get a touch of something like yeast sweetness and smoothness. Easy to drink with its mild flavors and minimal sweetness and worth trying, although there is really much not going on at all.

Note: Level 2
A: Pours a very lightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint apricot + honey colored highlights. The beer had a two finger tall foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of very lightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of juicy tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/papaya, herbal, and tropical/pineapple hops over the top of light aromas of slightly sweet bready + biscuit malts.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of bready + biscuit malts with a light amount of honey-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/passionfruit, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/papaya, herbal, and tropical/pineapple hops which imparts a light amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving a lingering fruity hop flavor.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Not as hazy as some other NEIPAs, maybe a bit of hybrid of a West Coast + NEIPA. Very nice hop aromas and flavors with a good blend of tropical + citrus. Very enjoyable.

Poured into a 13 oz Free Will Teku glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a hazy yellow with a nice 2 finger sticky white head that leaves patchy streaks of lace.
Smell is earthy herbal hops, passion fruit, papaya, tangerine, pineapple, and grapefruit rind.
Taste follows tropical upfront, slightly herbal, nice pineapple, and a hint of grapefruit bitterness.
Mouthfeel is about medium, gentle carbonation, not dry but slightly sticky from all the fresh hops, and excellent drinkability.
Overall this stuff is wonderful, a nice tropical NEIPA. Thanks @Ocalafox for this treat.
