1pt.9 bottle into a tulip. No dating, but likely over 8 years old.
Deep burgundy body, small loose bubbly head, decent carbonation. Aroma is lightly of red wine. On tasting, tart, sour, with some dark berry notes. Faintly woody. The sour finish is initially quite harsh, but doesn't last.

A: Poured into a tulip to a deep mahogany topped by a dense two finger cream colored head which retains well and leaves decent lacing
S: Smells a little funky, herbal and floral with a hint of tartness
T: Taste is some light malty notes with a good bit of sour cherry. Some nice herbal floral funky notes. A little toasted malt as well. Swallow is caramel, a little more cherry sourness and some additional funk.
M: This beer has a medium body with effervescent and soft carbonation. The beer has a drying finish as well.
O: Overall this one is pretty nice. Decent balance between sour and funk which is refreshing since many beers seem to be one or the other. Definitely worth a try if you like the style.

Moderate pour yields a 1 and a 1/2 inch light pinkish tan head over a dark mahogany body with minimal lacing as the head subsides to a ring in a few minutes. All throughout, the head comes back with a swirl or two. Nose of funk (cellar floor) and dark fruit. Taste follows with tartness taking over with a faint cherry-like sweetness in the finish. Feel is a bit thin, but overall, a nice offering from St. Petersburg, FL!

Tea colored, nice foamy head.
Aromas of dried apple skins, sour Brett, bubble gum, yeast.
Flavors of potpourri, dried apples, Berry tannins. Tastes like I ate an apple on the finish.
Feel is semi creamy and excitably carbonated.
Overall pretty good! Not worth $11 though :-(

a neat collaboration with trois dames, which explains the expensive sticker on this bottle, but what a cool beer, totally worth it! nice ruby red to dark amber color, tall fluffy off white head with great lacing. aroma of mature brett, maybe a few different strains, super dry and funky, less fruity or musty, very rustic, above plenty of malt sweetness from the red grains, caramelized, with a distinct fresh cherry note as well. the flavor is a lot like the nose, brett is really the main flavor agent here, weird as that is in a thick red saison, its true. still getting distinct cherry notes and a little malty sweetness here, but the brett really leads the way, drying in a beer that isnt all that dry, kind of a need feel element there, raisin, even dried cranberry, lots of funk, dough, so interesting and different. great carbonation gives it an expansive almost rich feel, really old world vibe to this, and overall a beer that is entirely unique to my palate. i love green bench and their wild cultures, and it does great things in this deep red saison. impressive beer, wish i had another bottle to cellar awhile...

Pours a cloudy dark reddish brown with off-white head. Citrus, caramel malts, light funk and tartness on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with tartness, funk, and some citrusy notes.

Collab with Switzerland's 3 Dames. A Grisette style beer that GB is revolutionizing here in Florida. This is a hidden gem I don't think anyone has tried! Good thing I got a few. From 500ml bottle at least 1 year old from brewery. Pours a dark Amber with big cream color head. Smell hits the nose as soon as it's opened. Wild yeast funk, sweet bubblegum. Taste is again like bubblegum, candy sugar. Slight tart bitterness then flat boring finish. Semi dry feel. It's getting more rounded as is warms up. Increadible offering! The bubblegum sweetness is quite unique. Glad I got to try this and hope to get more ratings on this to see if it stands up to my rating.
