Poured from 16.9oz bottle into glass. No dating information found.
Pale gold colored body, with a cloudy appearance. Slight fizzy head quickly goes away, leaving a spotty ring fed by rising bubbles. No lacing.
Fruity aromas - lemon, passion fruit and guava.
Fruit dominated taste, with the passion fruit providing both tartness and sweetness, while the guava is more smooth and sweet. Slight lemon underlay. Has a briny, mineral aspect also. The wheat can be tasted and provides some sharpness. A little dry at the end.
Medium, carbonated mouth feel. Both the tartness and the salt rake the teeth.
Enjoyment level will depend upon affinity for passion fruit and guava. It's a solid Gose with the fruits being prominent players. Especially good and refreshing for hot weather drinking.

a very bright and flavorful gose brewed with passion fruit and guava. really sunny in the glass with a gentle haze over it and a frothy churning white bubbly head with nice retention and lace, looks rich for the style and the abv, and i like that! the aroma is more fruity than sour, with a lot of the immediately perceived tang coming from the passion fruit, natural and bold, with some of the clean lactic acid in behind. the smell of guava is there too, fleshy and tropical and floral and sweet. the flavor has a nice balance between the two fruits, and there is a lot of fruit here, but just as importantly, i can taste the wheat malt too, its still a beer despite being so fruity and delicate, the dry cereal grain is a welcome onset here in the middle of this. the bacterial sourness is moderate in intensity but awesomely clean, with a rustic saison element in here too, maybe multiple yeasts at work. esters of pear and southern hemisphere white wine come in, more sweet and tart passion fruit, and expressive dancing carbonation to wash it all down. minerals and brine there with some lemony acid at the end, but dry for sure. delicious and well made beer here. i have really been stoked on the green bench sour and wild stuff lately. this is well ahead of the curve for the style, and has a fantastic mouthfeel. florida summer in the midst of the colorado winter! loving it.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy and fairly tart/tangy guava, passionfruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, pineapple, melon, berry, red/green apple, pear, white grape, sea salt, wheat, cracker, bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, passionfruit, guava, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy and fairly tart/tangy guava, passionfruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, pineapple, melon, berry, red/green apple, pear, white grape, sea salt, wheat, cracker, bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy guava, passionfruit, fruit skin, lemon, lime, pineapple, melon, berry, red/green apple, pear, white grape, sea salt, wheat, cracker, bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, passionfruit, guava, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and slightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Gose! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, passionfruit, guava, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the modestly lactic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Perfectly balanced Lacto/Brett complexity with passionfruit/guava, and a nice malt backbone. Very flavorful and never watery feeling for the ABV. Not as much salty notes as I expected, but solid. A very enjoyable offering, and great style example.
