On-tap at Green Bench Brewing Co., St. Petersburg, FL
A: The beer is cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a short bright white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of tropical fruits are present in the nose—honeydew melon seems to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of melon-like flavors. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very melony in both the smell and taste. I found it to be very pleasant and enjoyable.
