Pours a semi clear / semi hazy pale yellow-gold, with a large 1 ½” bright white foam, mixed bubbles, nice hold; 2 plus minutes. Aromas is funky, oak, coriander, grassy hops, faint orange peel, subtle fermented Orange Blossom honey. Taste is also grassy, oaky, slight orange peel, mild honey, and cracked coriander. Mouthfeel is crisp, thin body, medium carbonation, dry finish, with lingering pale malts and soft barnyard notes. Overall flavor is dry and oaky, the honey is faint, not overly sweet; the pale malts and yeast provide fruity esters that mix well with the subtle hop bitterness. The taste is evenly balanced for a foeder aged Florida beer; very close to a European Saison, light, crisp and refreshing.

Pours golden. Fruity berry aroma. It's grassy, dry, and very pleasant to drink. I'm not getting a lot of honey, as I said, it's very dry. Not a lot of funk either. But super pleasant to drink though.
