16 oz. can. Deep brown. Smells of deep toasted malts and some caramel. Tastes of toasted bread and some deeper roasted malts. Hints of spicy hops and a slightly sharp and acidic finish. Medium body. The sharp finish is nitpicky, but it's there. It's very light, though, so it didn't put me off.

Dark brown body, tan head. Light amounts of chocolate. Sweet bready pumpernickel, a dab of spicy herbal hops, a touch estery. A bit of caramel too. Medium lighter bodied. A slight bit watery. Good carbonation. Solid, not spectacular.
