Collaborative Světlý Ležák 12º, triple decocted and brewed with imported Moravian malt and whole-leaf Bohemian Saaz hops. Bus Beer was inspired by a life-changing week that Khris spent in the Czech Republic with an incredible group of people. Na zdraví!

Their best Czech pils. Low ABV but full of flavor and body. Very very similar to the European version

On a personal note - this appears to be the first review I've posted in (almost) exactly 4 years. I've got a lot of catching up to do.
Had on tap at Green Bench Brewing on 5/11/24, out for a night celebrating a co-worker's upcoming last day at work. Served in a dimpled, handled mug.
A: Mostly clear, nice light gold, light gold with dense, persistent white foamy head. Pretty.
S: Nice malty sweet. A little bit of lemon zest and light hoppiness. Clean fermentation. Nice aroma.
T: Cracker malts, light hop bitterness - citrus, earthy, herbal. Finishes balanced, maybe just a bit towards the bitter but over the lingering cracker malts.
M: Light but somewhat creamy body. Low but adequate carbonation. No alcohol flavors to speak of.
O: Really enjoyable, easy to drink. Would crush again.
