Served in a dimpled mug. Clear, bright gold. Modest head that becomes predominantly rim bubbles and leaves some chunky streaks.
Creamy smell of pale malt. Light corn in the background. No discernible hop—very similar to a Helles.
This is a near bitterness Pilsner. The body is richer and the carbonation is lower than the style. The flavor starts with some sweetness that is similar creamed corn. There’s the a light hop in the swallow which is enough to create a short aftertaste.
