Here in the Sunshine City, when it rains it pours. Cloud City is our Hazy dedication to those overcast evenings when the wind picks up and the rain starts flowing. This one-off may not last long, but it’s a welcome reprieve that only clouds our tropical paradise for a short time. Cloud City Hazy IPA is double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Azacca, Citra Incognito, and Mosaic Incognito.

Pours a cloudy, soft yellow color, opaque in the glass; thick, frothy, white and rocky head, long lasting. Very pleasant citrus aroma; a bit of peach and pineapple. Rather muted citrus and tropical fruit flavor; somewhat watery; fairly light bitterness. Medium body; some acidic bite although seemingly flat overall.
This is a nice enough looking hazy India pale ale with a very decent smell, but the taste and mouthfeel come across somewhat weak and watery. An okay beer, easy drinking, just not very memorable.
ABV: 6.8%; pouring temperture: 44 °F; canning info: n/a
