On tap at the brewery and served in a pint glass.
Look- A deep and clean amber color with a minimal amount of white foam. The Staion 26 IPA's except for color variation all seem to have a similar appearance in clarity and minimal foam. Not a bad thing, just my observation.
Smell- Pine, onion, some malt.
Taste- Resiny pine, bitter grapefruit, malt in the finish with a pepper-like spice.
Feel- Resiny with a bitter and dry finish.
Overall- I'm a big fan of wet hop beers. This may not be one of the best, but it's a pretty tasty version showcasing Chinook hops.
