This was a tweaked Oktoberfest, but I think it lost a little something along the way. It didn't feel as heavy or bready as that style should, and maybe that's fine for some people, but I like my Oktoberfests a little maltier and spicier. Interesting experiment, but I'd have to compare it to their actual Oktoberfest to really judge.
