Can from store near Outer Range Brewing. Enjoyed later at Backbone State Park and Lake of the Ozarks. Super quenching and quaffable.

This is definitely good, I feel like the mouthfeel could be a wee bit more crisp but this is still a nice quality brew that goes nice with charcuterie

Pale, crystal clear yellow body; excellent carbonation; fairly thin, white head, a bit creamy, lasting, with some rings sticking to the glass. Earthy, herbal aroma. Mild, cracker-like malt flavor offset with a moderate hop bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel; relatively light and mild in character, a bit soft; semi-dry quality throughout.

The brewery didn't specify the style of pilsner (in hind sight, I probably should have added it in as a German pilsner), but one thing is sure: the Saaz hop presence is classic and refreshing. The beer as a whole is clean, crisp, and refreshing.

Poured at 60 °F; no canning or packaging data found on the can.
