neat brett complexion on this, bouncing between dry and funky, and then tart and acidic, even fruity esters come though on this, pre belgian in come ways. the beer is bronze in color, real clear again, odd in a saison type. its cool because its pretty hoppy, some fruity hop flavors, pineapple and pear, and then the brett just crushing the sugar of the grain. the other thing i like about it is how low alcohol it is. a beer with this much flavor under 5% abv makes for a beer i can drink all day and not get wasted or bored, props for that. there still is a touhc of sugar leftover in this one, which i wish was gone. the beer seems young because of it, less patient and refined. it needs more time to be perfect, but the hops in the finish are great, and balance it well. overall i liked this a lot, i like all of the beers from woodfour i have had so far. doing some cool stuff with wild ales and making them accessible, thats huge!
