The beer as a very dark brown with a thin tan head.
The aroma contains strong notes of dark chocolate and a warm croissant (if that smell were cold).
The flavor is a very rich dark chocolate taste with a hint of flaky pastry. The vanilla is not very noticeable, which is just fine.
This beer goes down pretty good!
