Pours a purplish magenta with a pinkish white fluffy head. Aroma is of dry raspberries and overripe blueberries with notes of the lacto and nice woodiness also perceptible. Taste is pleasantly tart but not overly sour. A dry maltyness is complemented well by the berries. Light on the palate but also a nice beer to sip and see how it changes. Very complex and changes as it sits and warms.
