L: Watery straw yellow in appearance. Hazy but looks thin yet inviting. Decent amount of lacing given the abv.
S: Fresh cut grass, lemon, orange, nectarine, mango and papaya. Slight biscuit yeast presence. Smells just like mosaic would be expected to smell, and that isn't a bad thing.
T: Loads of bright citrus upfront with mild dankness. Finish is semi dry with lingering lemongrass aftertaste.
F: Light in body and weight. Tight carbonation making a crisp and enjoyable finish.
O: At 4.9 abv, this is totally crushable, especially on a warm summer day. This is a win in my book. I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!

This pours a tan gold color. I like the aroma—I found hints of tropical fruit, mostly guava and papaya, to be most evident. There’s a tropical floral flavor to the hop combination as well, with a light finish that ends on the sweeter side of things. I do believe I got the penultimate pint of this one!

Pours a bright light golden color. Transparent - never sure what sort of clarity to expect from Cellarmaker. Big white head. Solid fine foam. Good retention with lots of lacing. The beer really shines in the light. Huge hoppy aroma. Pineapple, peaches, white grape juice, hint of vanilla, apricot, raspberry, honeysuckle. Solid pine note comes out as it warms. Wonderful sweet hoppiness. Quite dry. Solid bitterness with lots of hop flavor. Pine resin, pineapple, peach, apricot, grape skins. Pretty much the same as the aroma, There is more of a bitter twist on the flavors, but on top of that bitterness, the layered fruity sweetness shines. Great expression of Mosaic. It's very refreshing, very clean. Crisp and effervescent. Light on the palate. Some nice hop oiliness. Tasty, tasty beer. I particularly appreciate that Cellarmaker is showing off big hop flavor with backing bitterness. Plus, it's always fun to find an excellent Mosaic beer.
