Using the highest quality Ghanaian cacao nibs from TCHO Chocolate and real Madagascar vanilla bean, Mad Nibs achieves a rich and refined chocolate character suitable for any chocolate or dessert beer lover. The base stout recipe has a medium roast coffee like element as well as undertones of raisin and dark berry that support the softer milk chocolate notes from the nibs. A judicious amount of vanilla helps amplify the expected chocolate flavor to the anticipated level of familiarity. Lastly, milk sugar adds a touch of sweetness and a smooth transition from flavor to flavor. *Contains LACTOSE*

On nitro tap at Out Of The Barrel
A: Pours cascading browns before settling to nearly black with a creamy tan head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Madagascar vanilla bean and brown sugar, milk chocolate, mild roast and char, slightly toasty, and hints of dark fruit.
T: Rich milk chocolate and vanilla bean jump right out as they should, followed by soft roasted malt and mild char, brown sugar, slightly toasty, faint dark fruit hints, and just a touch of alcohol that can poke through on the back end as it warms.
M: A bit on the fuller side of medium body, mild carbonation as expected, creamy smooth.
O: Big but not too big, rich in all the right ways, but never cloying. Delightful dessert sipper.
