Duality #1 is the first of a new series of Pale Ales we're working on. It's sort of an extension of the single-hop beer concept. The idea is to put a single hop in the boil of the beer (for flavor) and a single hop in the dry hop (for aroma). Hope you guys enjoy this fun little experiment.
"Duality #1" has flavors of pine, stonefruit and a touch of blueberry. Aroma is grassy citrus and big tropical fruit. 5.5% abv, 25 IBUs.
