Pale Ale is hopped with mostly Simcoe and smaller amounts of Columbus, Motueka and Galaxy. 5.8% and 30 IBUs. This beer was brewed 1 year to the day of the first batch of beer we brewed...hence the name. Big aromas of stonefruit, passionfruit and lychee. Flavor is all Simcoe; sharp grapefruit and fresh pine. Highly crushable.

on tap at The Hog's Apothecary in Oakland, which is THE place to get Cellarmaker, outside of the brewery. Another one of their killer pale ales - clean, bright, and hoppy, blurring the lines between APA and IPA. Probably not on the same level as their top APAs like Moonage Daydream - so it's only "excellent", not "peerless".
