We brewed B&T with hombrewer extraordinaire Nathan Smith. It's a powerful hop combo of American Simcoe, Columbus and Mosaic combined with South African J-17 and Southern Passion. Blueberry, guava, coconut and lychee awesomeness!

On-tap at THG.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow with a very fluffy, greasy, and dense head that left sheets of sticky lace down the glass. A fuzzy collar lasted the whole beer through.
S: Super juicy nose with juicy tropical fruits and a balancing amount of slightly bitter citrus.
T: Follows the nose with juicy mango and tropical fruit; finish is bitter with a hint of tangerine and simcoe cat pee. Grassy aftertaste.
M: Medium body, super smooth and lightly greasy mouthfeel, soft and fluffy carbonation. Very good.
O: Near flawless. A very solid and easy to drink beer that I wish I had more of.
