16oz nonic pint.
A: Served a clear crackery pale golden with a soft and oily bright white head. Solid sheets of lace were left down the glass.
S: Nose is full of orange creamsickle Nelson hops mixed with tropical Amarillo. Touch of cascade leafy bitterness as well.
T: Nelson hops have their distinct taste, but there's a good amount of bitter orange zest and mild grapefruit from the cascade. Creamy wheat blend base is crackery and light. The finish is fairly grassy with a solid bitterness. Solid leafy bitter punch in the finish, light flavors overall,
M: Clean and scrubbing mouthfeel that's fairly crisp. Light body, slight hop oiliness to the mouthfeel. Drinks well.
O: Another incredibly solid and drinkable hoppy beer from on of the best hoppy beer breweries around. Not my favorite of their bunch (personal preference), but excellent nonetheless.
