Hopped aggressively with Motueka and smaller amounts of Citra, Simcoe, Centennial and Galaxy. Reminds us of the "Motueka Madness" Pale Ale we made close to a year ago. Really cool floral and lime qualities as well as juicy hop resin. 33 IBUs

Lovely sweet and mellow brew with a hop that tastes like Mosaic to me. Handsome clear amber with a modest foam in the imperial nonic. Crisp and spritzy with a light mouthfeel.
Papaya and shredded wheat flavors. Surprising malty sweetness for the moderate ABV. Excellent quaff and one of the best Pale Ales I've had in recent memory. On tap at Monk's Kettle. From tasting notes January 19, 2015.

It’s a showcase for some of the newer hop varieties coming out.
This pours a clear tan golden with a light aroma. Wonderful mix of tropical fruit aromas, followed up with bursts of tropical fruit flavor.

Draft @Mikkeller Bar SF on 1/19/15. Pours slightly hazy golden with limited white head and lacing. Aroma is malt with subdued citrus and tropical hop notes. Taste is mostly malt with minimal hop buttering and some citrus flavors. A bit thin in both aroma and flavor compared to other Cellarmaker PA offerings. I expected at least more aromatics.

Had this at the brewery and brought a growler home with me. This has got to be one of my favorite; actually brewed with a" blend of New Zealand Southern Cross, Australian Galaxy and Centennial, with a hefty dose of Moteuka and Citra hops."
I found it quite delightful in every way -strong tropical hops fragrance with fine body and very smooth and satisfying.
