12/19/22 Batch! Sweet and light malts, white wine grape, tropical hoppy, and a light lemon zesty citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a some light honey bready malts and some caramel popcorn notes upfront...and then, interestingly enough, some subtle and smooth, hoppy notes without the hoppy bitterness on the finish. This is described as a Lite Ale, but drinks like a blonde ale with some new-school hoppy notes. Based on their description and what they are looking for, and rating it to that style, this is absolutely fantastic and tasty!

The beer is a pale yellow tan color. Tight white head. Looks a little fizzy. Big sheets of lacing left on the glass. The aroma is fresh and hoppy but doesn’t overwhelm. Floral and citric hoppiness. Clean simple grain flavor. Taste is crisp and light. Mildly bitter. Quite dry. Lots of the same bright hop notes. Refreshing and very easy to drink. Light on the palate. This is an excellent little beer. Right in line with Cellarmaker’s normal standard for hoppy beer.
