The beer is a medium ambery gold. Somewhat hazy. Medium-sized white head. Big tropical hop aroma with milder citrus and a sharp peppery spice. Mild pale malt background. The beer looks a bit darker than usual but it drinks the same as most hoppy Cellarmaker beers. Taste has nice hop flavor. Big pineapple juice note. Some raw almost woody spice. A touch heavier on the palate than some hoppy beers from them, though it might just be the spice. Tasty stuff.
