We brewed this beauty while being photographed by photographer Michael Donk.
We are going to have a little fun with this one. Normally we would give you the hop bill for an IPA but we ain't telling you. We want you to guess the hops and then post your guess on Instagram (instagram.com/cellarmakerbrewing). Don't forget to tag Cellarmaker! Here's a hint: there's at least 2 hops and 8 or less. Test your olfactory prowess!

The beer is a pale golden yellow. Moderately hazy. Good-sized, fizzy white head. Fades after a bit. Some lacing. The aroma is huge on pineapple with tangerine, mango and pine, as well. Fruity and juicy. A little bit of a honey-ish, floral tone. Mild crackery pale malt background. Hoppy, fruity taste. Moderate to medium bitterness. Gentle sweetness from the malt. Just so much wonderful hop flavor. It’s bursting with tropical fruit. Light to medium-light body. Some nice hop oiliness. Lingering hoppy aftertaste. Very solid IPA.

This was my favorite IPA at the brewery but they were out of Mo'Nelson and Are you afraid of the Dank? Great citrus aroma and goes down smooth. There is definitely some citra hops and I also taste some plinyness to it so my guess is that if you look at that hop bill for PtE there is definitely some crossover. Overall, a great beer from the best brewery in San Francisco.
