This Southern Hemisphere hopped ale is brewed exclusively with New Zealand hops. It features mainly a low alpha variety called Wai-iti, and Riwaka, Southern Cross, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. It's beautifully light and tropical.

The beer is a pale straw yellow. Solid white head, lots of lacing. Hazy liquid. The aroma is quite pleasant. Lots of hops. Grapes, peaches, wildflowers, pineapple, a little citrus in the mix. Light, fresh pale malt character. Taste is mild but nice. Crackery pale malt. Some light hop flavor. Very mild bitterness. Lightly sweet with a fairly dry finish. Light mouthfeel. Refreshing and nice. Just not something that I’d order a lot with the other light, hoppy options here.
