10 day old can from Final Gravity.
Potent Nelson on the nose, taste has more dimension but isn't as dynamic. This is a pale ale that's got a lot going on, will try to grab another can if possible. Tasty

another elite level pale ale from these guys, and true to the name, they really have captured that mashing grain smell in the aroma of this, extremely fresh, cereal driven, maybe not much more than pale barley malt, but its delicious and fresh in this context, and the aroma is astounding. for me though, there are nelson hops in here, and that takes over in my world. i smell the grain, i like the name in that context, i get i fully, but the hops for me are special, and its what these guys appear to do best. juicy and bright, its classic nelson and maybe some citra or something like it in the nose and taste, and as much as this recipe is excellent, what makes this one memorable for me is the freshness. almost farm to field sort of agricultural vibe to it, qualoty ingredients and fresh brewed, i love that. its super loaded with hops, but not bitter at all, their pale ales all soft of have that vibe going on. delicious and infinitely drinkable, very east coast in nature, these guys are really onto it, one of the best in the game for the hoppy stuff right now. huge fan.

The beer is a slightly orangey tan yellow color. It’s quite cloudy. Medium white head. Some lacing. The aroma has a nice sweet tropical fruit hoppiness with a little bit of crackery malt underneath. Hops could be a bit juicier. Grape, mango, sweet pineapple juice, strawberry, blackberry, tangerine. Good stuff. It’s moderately bitter. A bit grassy on the palate but the fruitiness is there. Pretty dry. Easy to drink. Refreshing. Light, dry feel with a lingering hop presence.
