The beer is a bright, light amber gold. Looks pretty clear. Solid white head. Very beery looking. The aroma has a ton of sweet fruity hops. Strawberry, melon, blackberry, papaya, kiwi, a little tangerine, big mango. Great aroma. Very mild malt character. Mild to moderate bitterness. Just hop flavor. Tons of mango and melon and kiwi. Very smooth and easy to drink. Lots of hop oiliness. Letting it warm up a bit helps really bring out those interesting hop flavors.

On tap at Highland Park Brewery in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a hazy golden-orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus zest, tropical fruit, and herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, tropical fruit, and herbal hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with a great mix of citrus and tropical hop qualities.
Serving type: on tap.
