On draft at Cellarmaker
7 wonders for the 7 different hops used. This was decent enough, but I feel like whenever a lot of varietals are used I have a hard time finding an identity for the beer. I liked their other APA offerings better. Overall, this was a solid well made and enjoyable beer.

Draught pint at Cellarmaker tasting room into a shaker pint. Pours uber hazy whitish yellow with a finger of white head that left substantial lacing. Nose is potent tropical fruit. Taste matches the nose well with a bit of citrus at the end. Mouthfeel is great, very smooth, carbonation solid and the finish a little dry with a hint of astringency. Great beer I'd gladly get anytime I see it.

this is veront good, i promise. the blend of hops in this beer is perfect, bringing out the best of the tropical fruit, the oily textures, the juicy mouthwatering freshness, incredible. the nelson and the mosaic together are the two that i both smell and taste the most, very new zealand vibe to this. the malt base is light in color but not in flavor, a very fresh crackery toasted whole wheat flavor, bakery mornings, coffee companion pastry kind of thing. its a neat launching pad for these hops, and the flavor match is delicious. i dont know why some breweries make hoppy beers all day long and never get one to taste this good, yet you have these guys and a handful of others that just cant miss. is it some water treatment? a yeast strain or process i need to know about? a carefree approach to batch cost? im just not sure what makes hops come through in a beer like this, but its remarkable, and if you have the chance to try this one, or any of the hippy beers from these guys for that matter, make sure you do. one of the top three or four hoppy beers ive had in 2015.

Most premium Cellarmaker tick in a while. Mix of juicy and more resinous hops along with a touch of floral and dank notes. Killer finish, dry with a crisp bready malt backbone and perfectly dialed in bitterness.
