Baby Blammo! is a smaller version of our previously released 14.5% "Blammo!" stout but with literally 4x the coconut of that beer. Think beer version of a Mounds™ bar. Super viscous, coconut forward with big chocolate notes as well.

Look - Pours a pitch-black color with a massive light brown head. A fine looking beer!
Smell - Coffee, malt, and chocolate. Smells decent, but I'm not getting any coconut in the nose.
Taste - Coffee, chocolate, and just a hint of coconut. It's not bad, though I would have preferred more coconut and less coffee.
Feel - Feels a bit more like a porter than a stout to me, as it's slightly on the bitter side.
Overall - I really liked their Bourbon Blammo!, but to me this was a bit bitter without enough coconut (even though they say they added a lot).

On tap at Our of the Barrel
A: Pours basically black with a frothy khaki head that settles to a thin layer and leaves some spotty lacing.
S: Massive toasted coconut runs the show, caramel, toffee, toasty slightly toasty malt, milk chocolate, subtle earthy char, and a hint of vanilla.
T: Big time toasty coconut jumps right out, caramel, toffee, a hint of vanilla, toasty roasty malt, milk chocolate, subtle earthy tones, and a hint of char.
M: Medium body, mild carbonation, creamy smooth, kinda sticky.
O: Basically a chocolate dipped coconut macaroon in liquid form. Wouldn't mind a bit more bitterness to balance it out, but if you want a coconut desert beer this one will definitely do the job.

Sweet chocolate roasty malty and nice kick of coconut nose on this one! Taste follows with a balanced, chocolate and sweet coconut finish. This is tasty and the coconut notes are prominent and play a big role! This could be a a little thicker on the palate, but it's enjoyable to drink...and I am impressed with their use of coconut. This is really good stuff!

Pours a dark brown with tan head. Super coconutty aroma. Some chocolate as well. Tastes like chocolate covered coconut. Very coconut forward with just enough chocolate character to give it dimension and depth. Mounds bar galore. Excellent.

A- Jet black with tall coco head
S- Coconut... tons of it
T- Coconut upfront, but almost too much in that it goes past the basic coconut flavor. Nice base stout underneath
F- Very smooth
O- Very nice stout
