Simcoe forward with smaller amounts of J/17 and Rakau. Lots of Mango and Apricot from the Simcoe, really cool kiwi notes from the Rakau and a pleasant earthy element from the J/17. This couldn't be farther from your typical American Pale Ale. Nice and hazy.

Hazy gold with white head. Nose is unique with tropical fruits mixing with pine and an earthy herbal note that the rakau brings to the table. Stone fruits, earthiness, pine, and white grapes on the palate. Great extraction of the different elements of each hop contributes to the deliciousness and uniqueness of this pale.
