Look at any 90's brew pub menu and you'll probably find a blonde ale — a trite stand in for a Pilsner in most cases. Here at Cellarmaker we invigorate the style by hopping a light wheat and Pilsner malt base with nouveau hops (Galaxy, Mosaic and Riwaka in this instance). How would we describe the difference?
