Totally unfined and unfiltered this East Coast style ale is fermented with a special English ale yeast and hopped heavily with Centennial, Citra, Mosaic and Nelson. It's dry and crisp with a wicked mouthfeel. Tremont is pleasingly aromatic with aromas of melon, plum, pineapple and Luxardo Cherries.

Pours a murky yellow with little to no white head. Aroma doesn't burst like typical cellarmaker pales, a little tropical and piney notes push through but are barely perceptible. Taste brings a grapefruit and pine bitterness to the front of the palate and it finishes with a bready malt note coming through on the back end. Well executed but more proof that I prefer the west coast style. Edit: new batch tasted on 12/1 and they have really dialed this in.
