Flavor Crystals is a slight departure from our usually pale ales that incorporate dank and tropical hops. Instead we used Sterling, Centennial and Motueka for a more spicy, earthy and slightly citrus filled brew. Drier, lighter and with added minerality, Flavor Crystals is a nice contrast to Cellarmaker hoppy oeuvre.
