Brewed with Pale, Pilsner and Spelt malts and hopped with Nelson, Experimental Hop HBC 344, South African J-17 and the best Centennial we've seen in a long time. Due to the obscure hop bill this beer tastes pretty different from anything you've probably ever had, which is a great thing! Over the top melon, cool coconut and herbaceous qualities from the South African hops, plus lemon and grape from the others.

Bright hazy gold with eggshell white head. Nose is somewhat subdued, getting some bright aromas of white grapes, melon, blueberry, and some bright citrus. Crackery malt supports grape, melon, and berry notes. Finishes with a strong lingering note of Nelson.
