Appearance: Arrives clear and amber colored with a frothy head that leaves a smattering of lace
Smell: Resinous tones, with tropical fruit and pine
Taste: Dank and resinous, from the outset, with tropical fruit and pine tones building; the malt adds some balance to the finish, bringing caramel flavors
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Not my favorite IPA from this brewery but certainly decent and nicely balanced

Pale orang with white head. Nose is pretty simcoe forward but I'm also getting elements of the citra and mosaic. Taste is typical cellarmaker with a lot of simcoe resinous notes melding with grapefruit, orange, and some dankness. Finish is slightly less dry than other cellarmaker west coast ipas.

This is a west coast brewery taking notice of an east coast Trend. This is a haze bomb - cloudy appearance and super aggressive nose. By far the best beer of the three I tried. Could easily do well amongst the trillioms and tree house beers I can get on the right coast

750ml growler
crystal clear light head, wheat color
wanted more out of the aroma, slight sweet and light grassy notes
one of the best tasting ipa's ive ever had, the holy trinity (citra, simcoe, mosaic) really shines here
nice mouthfeel, light bite.
so glad I had to drop my fiance off at SFO, I really regretted not grabbing a growler the night prior. Now I cant wait to get a refill tomorrow. Thank you Perrault farms!!! I hope you keep sending cellarmaker great hops!
