Secret Key, is fermented with a more expressive yeast than our normal house ale yeast. This yeast, which is new to us, produces esters of nectarine and melon which compliment the hops beautifully. For this juicy brew, we used Riwaka, Equinox and Amarillo. You would swear this beer is actually grapefruit and tangerine juice if it wasn't for the underlying pungent dankness that only hops and hop related flora produce.
