Porter inspired by Mexican chocolate. Brewed with over 2 lbs per barrel of cocoa nibs, vanilla bean, cinnamon and cayenne, this beer is rich yet sublimely drinkable, subtly spicy, totally chocolatey, and has the lightest lingering heat for added complexity. We think you'll really enjoy this one.

On draft at Cellarmaker
I wouldn't have guessed there were peppers in this, but overall very nice. Roasty porter with adjuncts that were subtle and not cloying at all. The chocolate came through more bitter than some others of this style. I could drink this beer all day (and I did). Highly recommend.

Pitch black with thin khaki head that quickly recedes to ring. Aroma is pretty intense roast and dark chocolate, cocoa, smoke, and cinnamon. Lots of roast up front with vanilla and cinnamon bursting in the middle of the palate. Dark and milk chocolate through and through. Peppers are extremely restrained with just a hint of heat on the back end. Mouthfeel is very creamy. Closely comparable to Stone Xocoveza minus the coffee.
