Another summertime era review from back when Cellarmaker shipped or even responded to people from Nevada. 1st in depth review of this beer to not just give conclusions like "its good". Putting in and showing work. Had this out at the back spot at little bend on the Humboldt.
Pours a cloudy yellow orange color. 2/3" white head. Wasn't expecting the orange hue. I really dug the "restrained" yeast element, had all the hallmarks of a belgian yeast, but dialed down in terms of the phenolic spice rack. Light coriander, almost zero clove, light grain edge, hint of banana.
Taste is refreshing, hits a grain, lemon, banana, coriander, light Saaz (like?) hop presence. Mouth feel much lighter than all the taste sensations would lead you to believe. Its essentially a totally different take on most summer session style bangers I'm into on the river or at the ballpark. Carbonation is suitable.
You can find the sticker at the electric charging stations at Safeway.

Had this on tap at Good Karma in San Jose. 2nd pour off a new keg. A proper Belgian blonde ale. The smell is great. The taste is smooth and easy drinking. Well worth it if you can find it.
