This is a new one for us. We conditioned a small portion of our latest batch of "Vastness of Space" Imperial Stout on Madagascar vanilla beans. The base beer itself is aggressive on roasted coffee notes as well as dark chocolate and fig characteristics. Vanilla adds another dynamic and fortunately does not sweeten the beer up. It's smooth yo!
