A technicolor explosion in a glass! Wide Rainbows is a full-throttle, lusciously hazy IPA packed with Strata, Riwaka, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Expect a saturated wave of ripe tropical fruit, fresh-cut citrus, and dank rainbow funk. Strata brings the strawberry-leaning haze juice, Riwaka lifts it with zesty lime and passionfruit, Centennial adds classic grapefruit snap, and Nelson finishes with its signature white wine and gooseberry twist. Creamy, soft, and almost absurdly saturated-this one paints outside the lines.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Ripe citrus, spicy herbal notes, juicy exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, resinous pine, floral hints, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Ripe citrus, pink grapefruit and lemon lime, exotic, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, strawberry, mango, gooseberry, passion fruit, apricot, and hints of white grape, spicy pine, faintly dank herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, soft on the palate , but countered by moderately prickly carbonation and a little hop burn at times.
O: This one has so much going on, in a good way. The Strata sets the tone and the Centennial, Riwaka, and especially the Nelson, add great depth and brightness. The only slight tweak I'd make is to lower the carbonation a tick. The second half of the pint, especially after swirling it around a bit was smoother and let everything shine a bit better.

All the beers at Cellarmaker had a wan look to them, which may have been the lighting. Felt more club than brewery in there. Otherwise, hazy and light of body, hoppy as hell and very easy to drink and enjoy.

This was such an interesting and unbelievably delicious beer. I enjoyed it more and more after every sip. The hop varietals worked so well in this beer. The Nelson hops created a very creamy and distinctive Nelson flavor without washing out the other hops. The Amarillo and Centennial hops lay a nice foundation for the Riwaka and Nelson hops to explode together. The Esters brought this beer up to a whole other level. Needless to say, I am a huge fan of this beer and, in my opinion, it is better tasting than wicked juicy. Not taking anything away from wicked juicy, but I truly enjoyed this beer.
