Crush Town is the most traditional Pilsner we've made to date. Bohemian malt was taken through a rigorous step-mashing process to give this beer a classic bready mouthfeel, and the Czech Saaz and German Tettnang hops add the characteristic floral, herbal, and peppery aroma. 45 days of lagering bring these ingredients into proper balance.

I like a well crafted pilsner. Had this at Cellarmaker.
This pours a faint straw gold with generous foam. Big green hop aroma, sticky dank flavor with a rough finish.
